## Experience
### Builder, Independent AI projects (2026)
Designing and shipping full-stack applications with agentic coding tools: an ecommerce personalization proof of concept, a B2C CRM, a personal finance platform and an eVTOL ground-operations prototype.

### Director, Customer Strategy, Slalom (2014–2025)
Led Slalom New England's Customer Strategy capability: Experience & Product Strategy, Digital Strategy, Customer Research and Service Design. Responsible for $5M in annual revenue and a team of 10 leaders and senior consultants.

### Manager, Financial Services, Accenture (2005–2014)
Marketing, sales and customer service strategy for leading North American financial services firms, primarily insurance and asset management.

## Selected client work
### A 100-year-old outdoor brand: Personalization Strategy
Clustered, conducted primary research on, and segmented a customer base of more than ten million, then designed a personalization strategy for each resulting segment.

### A global investment firm's innovation lab: A Digital Know-It-All
Led experience strategy for a digital avatar built on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): it answered employees’ questions from the innovation lab’s own proprietary research on AI, blockchain, emerging technology and security, citing its sources. Designed the avatar, wrote its corpus and personality, managed the engineer who built its "brain", and tested it end to end.

### A large Boston-based health system: Reimagining primary care, end to end
Co-created three future-state patient journeys, focused here on primary care, from first discovery through intake, the clinical visit, digital engagement, billing and follow-up, balancing human care with digital support. Service blueprints mapped the capabilities each journey required, and those became an 18-month patient experience roadmap.

### A global hotel chain with 1,000+ properties: A Mobile Travel Experience
Led the competitive assessment, feature ideation and mobile experience vision for the chain’s first mobile app, then prioritized its MVP scope: booking a stay, My Trips (upcoming and completed) and a My Account page with loyalty details. The vision went further, including checking in from the app to skip the front desk. Advised the development team through launch.
